"Live from the Rainforest" - Geoffrey Haines Stiles Prod.
Co-Production for the PBS (USA) with support of NASA, NSF, SMITHSONIAN &
INPA. A co-production with Neon Rio as Brazilian producer, including
research and directing, for three one hour REAL live interaction
programs with scientists from the Smithsonian Institute and INPA,
intercalated with short documentary sequences about biodiversity, flora
and fauna of the Amazon Rainforest. The programs were all shot, edited
and transmitted live through a NASA satellite in the Rainforest, by the
banks of the Rio Negro, 2 hours by boat from Manaus and transmitted live
simultaneously to approximately 200 PBS stations and for all Brazilian
territory through Cultura Network. Students from United States and from
São Paulo participated with live interaction questions.

Educational TV Futura - "Brasil with Z" focusing on how Brazil is seen
by foreigners.
